About the role
This is an opportunity to join a passionate, collaborative team delivering impactful learning experiences in a fully virtual environment.
  
Working alongside highly regarded trainers and industry experts, you'll facilitate engaging workshops, tutorials and support sessions that challenge thinking, build skills and help students achieve meaningful personal and professional growth.

  • Sales and Commercial Development
  
Depending on your background and expertise, you may be involved in live training delivery, student support, assessments, group facilitation and the ongoing development of learning programs.
  
Part time and casual opportunities are available, with the potential for increased involvement as the business continues to grow.
  
About you
You're a natural facilitator who knows how to engage an audience, create connection and deliver memorable learning experiences.
  
You may come from an education, learning and development, psychology, counselling, coaching, business, leadership or sales background. More importantly, you're passionate about helping people learn, grow and succeed.
  
You will bring:
  • Experience facilitating training programs, workshops or group learning sessions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to engage, influence and inspire diverse audiences
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to create a safe, supportive learning environment
  • An authentic, confident and approachable style
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  
You'll have experience within NLP, hypnotherapy, counselling, coaching, psychology, business, sales or leadership development, either as a practitioner, trainer or facilitator. You'll be confident leading learning experiences that challenge thinking, build capability and create lasting impact.
